I travel all over the UK if you have a team needing headshots and visual content. I’ll handle all the arrangements and photograph your employees wherever you are, providing a convenient and cost-effective solution that saves you both valuable time and money.

We can either shoot at your offices, or at my Central London studio in Angel Islington.

Staff Headshot Photography FAQ

  • I provide a fully mobile service, catering to clients across the entire United Kingdom. Alternatively if it suits you better, we can shoot at my Central London studio, located in Angel Islington.

  • I've never declined a project based on the number of employees. I've worked with several companies that have over 1,000 staff members. Additionally, I can even offer solutions for ensuring consistent images for remote team members.

  • Within 24 hours of your session, you'll receive an online gallery containing all your RAW (unedited) images. You have unlimited usage rights, so you're free to use these images for any purpose. I will send the images in the format and file size you require—for example, if they're for LinkedIn profiles, they'll be under 5MB and can be compressed further if needed for website optimisation.

    Here's what else is included:

    • A multi award-winning headshot photographer.

    • A full portable studio set up with backdrops and lighting.

    • Custom colours to match your corporate branding (if required).

    • No limit to the number of fully retouched images you can select per employee.

    • File renaming in any format you need.

    • Digital delivery within five working days. For larger companies, a custom timeline will be provided before the shoot.

  • Before finalising the dates, I'll work with you to determine how many days are required to photograph your team. These sessions can be scheduled on consecutive days, or we can spread them out as needed. My team will collaborate with you to plan the logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient shooting process - so when shoot day arrives, everything goes smoothly and according to plan.

    On the first day of the shoot, I’ll arrive early to set up, or if it’s more convenient for you - we can set up the day before. Prior to the initial session, we'll have established the preferred style of photography to ensure your content is on-brand. With over two decades of experience, I have developed a streamlined workflow that not only captures stunning images but also gathers each person's email address during the shoot, ensuring a seamless distribution process post-shoot.

  • Since every company is unique - some having small teams, while others have thousands of employees, I use a bespoke pricing system. This approach ensures that you get the best value for your investment. Feel free to get in touch, and I'll respond promptly with pricing details.
