I captured the team in their natural element as they work and thrive in their new premises. In a celebration of Barr Gazetas team's unwavering unity and strong bonds, I embarked on a mission to create a powerful group shot featuring every member of their company. This captivating image showcases the cohesive nature of their team, highlighting the strength and synergy that propels them forward.

Half the team had no headshots. The other headshots were inconsistent and did not reflect the companies culture.

Barr Gazetas recognised the importance of first impressions, bidding farewell to the substandard and disjointed headshots they previously used. I created a collection of high-quality, consistent headshots that authentically depict their vibrant staff while embodying their core messaging of being fun, approachable and relatable.

My solution below captures the essence of their team, unveiling a refreshed visual representation that truly communicates their unique identity.

These headshots serve as the visual introduction to their team, representing the faces behind the organisation. By replacing the existing images, Barr Gazetas presents a unified and polished front that resonates with their audience. The high-quality headshots not only showcase professionalism and approachability but also instill confidence and trust in their brand.

Additionally, they needed a separate set of consistent headshots adhering to a standardised style, background, and composition. These images are needed for use in pitch documents, outlook / teams avatars and company profiles, while continuing to embody their core messaging of being fun, approachable and relatable.
